AC cover area ante lets say walking level lo just kitchee=n, living room and a office room and upper level lo oka 3 rooms unnayanukondi, ivi anni covered aa aa 1400 sft lo?

you may still hav a chance to buy the house--tht is pending. contact the agent..they will tell 

1400 sqft is your living area.. vertical ga enni levels una..base on ground is 1400sqft
