not even 1% of foreign players playing in all 4 major leagues.. So they can show that scarcity. NBA lo Dirk, Tony Parker they are world class superstars.. So they might come under exceptional category .. Not employment category

nba ki outside players chala takkuva percentage bro,,,i mean to say very high compettion in the country itself, they play basket ball since childhood, like from 5th 6th class, some kids start training befora that, tough comp in high school itself, national is impossible for locals itself,
