Hi friends.general ga oka FT employee tana job vadilesi velte approved I140 ni company revoke chestunda?revoke cheyadaniki kuda money karchu avutundi kadha.why they want to do that.any idea?

In your case i140 revocation totally depends upon ur current emp.

why : he has to show that u are his future kuli. But you no longer are his future kuli. 

 

 

As of today If your employer today has 100 gc petitions. And 100 - i140 approvals. But the current no of ft employees are only 46.

Tomorrow he may have 5 new employees , he will not be able to show that he has enough funds to sponsor gc for 5 new employees as he already has 100gc petitions and he is not making the same amount he showed on 100 gc petitions as 54 employees left the company .

So you employer has to revoke 54 -i140 petitions so that he can balance the actual amount of money he can pay as salaries for his future employees.
