these kind of deals dont come in that price range mayya...bcoz if the sellers wants 20-30L its easy for him to borrow them from some one and buyers dorakadam kuda easy endukante most of the middleki and upper middle class 20-30 lakhs adjust cheydam is possible to some extent...but say 50L and above liquid cash mostly impossible...so vadiki buyer dorakadam kuda kastame..so there is a chance that he will get down on price.....anyways will let you know if i come across anything
