salesforce is good and demand will be there in future also. No idea about others you mentioned.

Learning salesforce is very easy (esp administration). Since it is easy to learn get ADM certification, there will be lot of competition from our desi people for ADM jobs. Pay is also decent, but getting lower because of competition. 

If you have JAVA/SQL background learn Salesforce development. Salary is also high and good number of permanent positions available too.

None of above not good.

As of now "cuddling" getting paid more in the this market.@3$%

try doing analysis urself first...

3-4 job portal sites lo ki velli vethuku//list down how many jobs are there fro each tech...and what is the market rate for these technologies...neeku oka idea osthadi..akkadanundi u can decide...

Same suggest chestha. Above all instead of pay, look for long term projcts techs.
