but north facing or east facing anedi house owner paina depend avtadii kada vaadi jathakam prakaram 

also illu kantinchukunna you can Choose if at all gated community aithe only main door etu side vundaloo chose chesukune option but interior again depends on builder

simple man...buy whatevr house vastu u want...talk to the community property manager ...remove the main door and change the main door direction to NE or North...walkway thayaru cheskoni roundabout to original entrance..done....

yeah, there are contractors who build home for you and few say it becomes cheaper for places in california, but other places lo csotly avvochu.... loan kastam emo

vaasthu anedi trash man.. old days lo proper civil engineering techniques avi coz they had no heaters or coolers . so sun ravalante ee side facing undali .. gaali baaga ravalante idi undali.. earth magnetic fileds nundi body affect avvoddante ilaa undali ani konni create chesaru.. later on people started to encash relating peoples worldly selfish acts problems to vasthu related problems... so its all trash.. as long as you can afford a house and feel its in nice community go for it.. mare antha chadastham untene leni ponivi aithay coz their mind is not clear and thinking of problems alwauys.

don't want to say but mee bawa negative minded guy laaga unnadu.. ask him to go positively... and think everything will be awesome..
