Nearly impossible to build the house as per 100% vastu. unless you are building in the remote areas like we see horror movies..

Which ever the community you go, they have certain house plans, they wont change any thing in that(minor changes and upgrades allowed but structural change are not allowedlike window, doors,walls, rooms etc.,)..you can choose the lot(plot)as facing concerns but once you select the plot, floor plan will not be changed as you wish..

Vastu anedi old civil engineering and geographical suggestion... chala mandi Danni cash cheskuntunnaru and taking advantage by rainisng prices for east facing and all.. earth magnetic fields ki against ga pokunda unte chalu.. mainly while sleeping .. rest all are baseless.. kitchen U hardly spend 1 hr in a day there... bathroom hardly 30 mins in a day.. so bhayapadakunda... use science little bit. and do good karma..

US lo motham vasthu prakaram ante go with custom builders who will help build house as you want.

all indians esp telugu families prefer east then north-east then north.....I didn't see any telugu family buying home facing other directions.

I bought south east facing house. I installed solar equipment and its saving a lot on energy bills.. moreover I live in a cold area so it helps to keep me warm during winters....  I don't care which side my house faces.. its good .. community is good.. view Is good.. that's all
