Hello friends,

F1- H1 case

naku RFE(client letter) July18 ki padadhi...
entha varaku maa employer submit cheyaledhu....
last date Oct-5 anta...
Oct loga manam submit chedham antunnadu....
my question
October 1st nuncni H1B lu start avetae kadha..... naa case lo naku epati nunchi start avethundhi......?
maa employer chepedhi nejamena RFE last date Oct-5 untadha.....?

 

Please Help Me

yes untundhi, h1b start date october 1st anedhi earlest anthe kaani anni apde start avthay ani kadhu, jan feb march lo kuda start avvochu, but mee employer wait chedham ani ndku antnadu any reason
