entha varaku maa employer submit cheyaledhu....
last date Oct-5 anta...
Oct loga manam submit chedham antunnadu....
my question
October 1st nuncni H1B lu start avetae kadha..... naa case lo naku epati nunchi start avethundhi......?
maa employer chepedhi nejamena RFE last date Oct-5 untadha.....?

RFE last date eppudu ayina undachu, depends on processing time and RFE paddaka with in the time period lo reply evali. H1B oct 1st ee start avalsina avasaram emi ledu. Eppudu ayina start cheyachu. Nuvu Oct 1st start date pettukunna vadu approve cheyadam late ayithe appatinunche start avuddi. Oct 1st or after start date eppudu ayina undachu.

ask rfe copy first...yes there is possibility of oct 5th...general ga mana desi mesthris will submit at the last one week stage...dhed gaallu they have their own perception that if for respond quickly for rfe uscis might think that mesthri has already all the documentation but didnt submit at the first place ani...falthu logic..

generally H1 start date Oct 1 st vuntadi but if you get rfe  in june , submitted in July . uscis takes their own time to process your application ( Not premium) in this case 

when ever they approve h1 at that day onwards your h1 starts ... until then u should be maintain valid status 

in your case employers last week lo submit chestharu , to avoid further rfes ... so if your rfe is simple and you have enough documents for this rfe ..just relax dont get tension...for this
