chicken gravy (cooks ravali)

Follow these steps

1) marinate chicken pieces with ginger farlic paste, chilli powder, salt, chicken masala, little oil , mix well and keep it aside for 30mins

2) lightly roast poppy seeds, corrainder seeds, shah jeera, dry coconut, ilachi, lavanga, dalchin , . Make powder of masala, add it to chicken and mix well.

3) cut 2 tomatoes, 1/4 cunch of mint, 1/2 onion, saute it light oil, add salt and chilli , make purie.

first cook chicken , then mix purie, cook for 10-15 mins on medium flame

when u marinate chicken add proportionate yogurt...you can also add 1 tomato....for some extra gravy

 

poppy seeds are for flavor

I am using halal chicken thatha whole foods chicken try chesa its also good but both same aa kada..............tomatoes ok antav finally ??

Tomatoes saute in oil and  purie ga veyyi

is half onion good enought where did u get this receipe from video link unda ??
