pre closure ki all banks 4% charge chestaru...govt banks like andhra bank, sbi lu white mny aithe aa 4% veyyaru. atb.

It depends..Nu loan tiskune munde..ila preclosure chesthe em avthadi ani adgalsunde..neku clarity ochedi..

nothing.. EMI amount anthey untundi.. just Capital ekkuva .. interest portion thakkuva

make sure to pay towards capital.. not interest

2012 - > 15L loan - monthly EMi 17500Rs.

paid whole in 2015 --> closing amount total was 13.5L

so one year interest bokka padindi two years lo only 1L capital cover sesaru migitadi anta interest.

most of the banks try to take up interest amount as earlyin cycle...  @AnuSunkara
