supplements/steroids lekunda, only on natural protein food , one can build good shape in 2 yrs with good dedication.

Bulk to light weight ravali ante, chala dedication on workouts and most importantly discipline on food.

You can see wonders, if you strictly follow diet and excercises. I would not recommned to directly hit the gym from day 1.

First control your diet(no oil foods, no fat/cholestrol food). 

First 2 months :

Jogging 2 miles. Do not do it on a tread mill in the gyms. Do it naturally outside in some parks or friednly neighbourhood. This will give you good breathing fresh air and don't feel pain in the a$$ like the way running on  tread millls.

Morning breakfast - Do no eat regalar BF (most importantly no indian BF): Drink one glass of Raagi java mixed with delicate butter milk.

Lunch - Eat brown rice or salmon fillet.

 

Evening again jog for 2 miles.

Evening: Eat watermelon and cantaloope. (This will fill up the stomach to great extent)

Dinner :  just two rotis with a curry (make usre curry doesn;t have too much of spice and salt).

 

So do this for first two months. This will allow your body to open gates to go to next level of hitting gym for a good shape.

From 3rd Month:

continue what you are doing in Month 1 and 2.

Now go to a gym and get a trainer onboard for you for at east 20 sessions. You will then get an idea how to treat your body with what kind of exercises you are comfortable with.

Strictly follow the diet and continue the schedule with hardwork and dedication for about an year at least.

No boozing, No eating heavy non-veg curries in indian restaurants, no weekend party junk food. 

Eat salmon 0.20 pounds every alternate day and chicken breast on other days. eat only grilled. Big no to white rice. Only brown rice. Make sure you drinkg lot of fluids. Dont buy readymade juices. Buy Apples and oranges from costco and get the juice of oranges from peeler. this gives you good fiber to allow the salmon to digest correctly and give you required protein.

you body should start getting shape to great extent. after a year, you will be motivated to go to next level of body building.

if you are happy with what you can see after 1yr, then you can maitain the same shape with good discipline.
