BMW experts - Advise needed on 328i / 2014 model

$30,500 - leased by colleague, he maintained it very well. He leased for 20K, used only 12K. the car has residual $30.5K. it has all important bells & whistles. . Is it worth to get it? basically my colleague has to payoff and i have to get it from him, to avoid the car going back to dealer hands. Dealer daggara same configuration used car around 33+ ki undi - with extended warranties. But CarFax lo Private party value only 27 choopistundi. 

If new car - Dealer quoting 45k with same configuration, for 2 year lease it will be 14k for 20k miles. 

Confused which way to go - If i take it from my colleague (its almost as new as new car with all important options) , can i be able to sell it at least for 20K after i put 20k miles extra?

configurations emi unayi....if you have nav premium sound and everything...its an awesome deal...14 k miles unaya ...30.5 k esthay 2014 bandii good deal...

nav, heated seats and steering, backup camera, side assist and upgraded sound system unte its a good deal... kani audi lo you might get A6 also for slightly more price

better go with dealer.warranty and all inka ekkuva days vasthaayee.. frnd baane maintain antunnnav but we dont know internal mechanical issues...

NAV, Heated seats, Backup Camera - YES,. Side Assist, Upgraded Sound  - NO.

Yes unnavi anni by defualt BMW cars ki max untayee 

NO annav choodu avi lekapothe neeku mazaa undaaadhuu...so lite ee deal...

BMW always go with premium package..weather package lane assist and upgrade audio ...expensive a but BMW ivi lukundaa enjoy seyyalev on top of its driving experience

+1 Lease cars are not easy on resale.. istam vochinattu naduputharu ani anukuntar... I bought 13 model Xdrive with sports. If you plan on changing your car in 2 years or so then go for lease otherwise buy new car from Dealer..

2014 12k miles and $30k ante looks like good deal. By default 4 years or 50k miles vaaraku BMW warrently and maintenance cover avutundi so nvu inka 1.5 year varaku chusukovalasina aavsarm ledu

You are correct bhayya.. that;s the only thing looking attractive. ALso, after 2 more years i dont want to keep it (afraid of maintenance).. do you think i can sell at least for 20K? Worst case?

if you want to sell it or change it after 2 years , better go with new leased one. the depreciation will the same when you pay lease amount.. if you buy now 2014 12K miles one with 30K. it doesn't matter once it crosses 4 years value will be slashed more than half .. So could be below 20K.. also BMW makes changes to their models every 3 years.. 2013 major changes were made.. not sure about 2016 model..

every 4 years ki ...2012 lo ayindhi 2016 ayindhi already ...   lease antunavu brand new ki lease work out avuthundhi ...i mean 45 k ki ...long term ayitahy 30 k ki lease enti vayya enko 1500 ki 100 k miles warranty vasthunayi ...6 years untayi ...and also lease cars istamu vachinatlu naduparu bro ... different ga handle chestharu emo but chala careful ga untaru endhuku antay end of the day adhi mana car kadhu kabati....i bought bmw 2011  leased car 2012 konanu epati varkau only oil changes tappa emi problem raledhu ..still looks good...
