Last 3-4 months nunchi rigorous ga GYM chesthunna, Koncham tagga almost oka 10 pounds kani diet deggara kottesthundhi.

Naa weight inthak mundhi 220 lbs undedi ippudu oka 10 pounds tagga kani naa target inka 25-30 lbs according to height. 

Oka manchi diet plan for everyday, manaki andhubatulo undedhi suggest cheyandi please.....

mrng 8 ki two boiled eggs no yellow and two breads toast (45 calories each in walmart)

 

10 ki cofee

 

12:30 ki any salads with two chapathi 

 

4 ki protien shakee whey 

 

Go to gym at 5  run 3-5 miles

 

8 ki four chapathis with any curry pdukune mundu 4 walnuts tinu 

 

I lost 50 pounds atb

Rigorous gym ante em chesetonivi

same routine for 3 months 

same routine vunte body will hit plateau and Nee goals reach avvadam kastam avtadii

rice maneyyi vaaa emaithadi .... Neku kavalasina migitha macros anni neku labistunnapudu why u need rice ?? Tellolu bathakatleda rice lekunda ... No pain no gain ... Gym baaga ekkuva chestey oka rendu chapathi lu ekkuva tinu

Week ki two times salmon , chicken grilled tinu u will be set

80% diet 20% gym time. 

oka pani cheyyi. follow intermittent fasting. its the only option. too much gym time leads to injuries...

eat less..work out less..

eat more.. workout more..

20 reps - 40 triceps  

Weights different each day.

--lower body

20 reps -60 squats,

3 min - reverse cycling

7 min - reverse ab press, spiderman push ups, mountain climbing push ups, ab hold -1 min 

20 reps - leg press 40

--upper body

20 reps-40 Push ups,

20 reps- 60 bench press,

20 reps- 40 lads

20 reps- 40 boat row

oka roju upper body, oka roju lower body alternative days. mariee tired ga untey only everyday exercises chesi ochestha.

Maneyyi vaa carbs refined foods refined carbs anni harm chestayii neeku stomach full ayindii anna feeling thappa vere emi ivvadu water ekkuva taagu
