Whey is instant protein.. it gets absorbed quickly. SO, 45 min before workout and within 1 hr after workout(this is what is called as opportunity period) is how you should take. helps you gain lean muscle & in-turn contributes to weight loss

4-6 ounces cold water or skim milk + berries /banana - blend it 

Take Casein protein shake before bed. It continues to burn fat through the night for 6 hrs or so

Protien takes more calories to get digestes . And also when less food consumption ,ne body lo first loss ayyedi muscle last ki fat stores use cheskuntundi body energy kosam. So protien sariga teeskokapothey body lo muscle poyyi only fat untadi , u will loose weight this way also but chudadaniki laavugane untav lol this is called skinny fat 

Whey protien lekapothey ,eat egg whites chicken salmon less calories more protien

madyalo akkali aithey inko protein bar thinu or pineapple slices thinu(dont drink fruit juices).

 

This will help you lose weight fast.

I tried this for 2 weeks and lost 5 kgs approx  from 82 to  77.

no GYMING  no protein shakes .. just fishoil and vitamin c supplements  sitting in couch all the time I cut 33 pounds in 3 months ..... all depends on what you put inside your body.. eat greens fats and protein cut down carb is rule for fat loss...

He did Keto diet 

it's not everyone though needs lots of determination under supervision of nutritionist
