Morning:
Warm water + 3 - 4 cinammon sticks/ powder + Apple cider vinegar + lime + honey
If possible abs r running for 20 min..
Eggs ( 1 full wth yolk, 2 only whites)
chobani greek yogurt wth blue / straw berries + flax seed / chia seed powdr
Green tea( + carrot) around 10 / 10:30 

Lunch
Grilled Chick breast / Salmon + veggs(calif, broco, carrt) 
or quinoa wth any curry  

snack
Green tea n protein bar(pure protein bar)

bef zym
1 Banana r apple 

Afte zym
smoothie( greek yogrt( lle amt) + blue / straw berries + banana + protein pwdr)

Dinner
fruits(wtr melon r honey dew r golden dew ) r salad + peppermint tea


All day: drink warm water.... drink warm water.... drink warm water.... drink warm water....

doing LCD low carb dite only 30-50 grams of carbs a day ... emi problems levu..

TS : your problem is too much cardio.. Avoid cardio or do just HIIT. Believe in strength training . STOP cardio . just do dynamic stretching before after workout.

Diet: go low carb .. I posted many links in gymsons old thread.. No one reads it when needed. Refer carb back loading. Calculate your BMR and portion your macros to c:p:f = 20:45:35. You follow this 4 weeks and post results..
