sure bro.. monnatidaaka parents unnarani.. full ga guddesaa..20lbs weight gain ayya.. inka nundi gym start cheyyali. gym ki long gap vachhindi so ippudu muscle resistance ekkuva untundi kada.. malli aa level reach avvadam ante time taking process emo.

If you do it correctly then you will loose faster . muscle memory will kick in
