These are the best for money transfer, xoom is worst always give very less exchange rate

Delay is for first time transaction, if you do same account transaction again they you are eligible for express transfer.

 

In remitly you have both options express vs regular.

 

I feel Indus Ind is more secure and will allow big transaction's once you verify documents with them.
