I have only one vacation day left, and I requested additional 2 day for a 7 day cruise trip my supervisor agreed for it long time back. But to keep it in the workday, she doesn't know, she asked me to find it from HR service center and in the mean time some one in our group had a problem with number of days left so my supervisor and colleague had to go to the HR. She asked the HR person about how to keep my 2 day extra days HR person told my supervisor to call later. After this meeting she came and told wat is in the first post. She meant to keep sick leave for those 2 days "cough cough puke puke".

This all happened on thursday and on friday our HR called my group senior director and informed that I will be taking additional days or something and my senior director called for a meeting with my director and my supervisor. but with out calling my supervisor my director and senior director already had a discussion about me. still need to know about the outcome of the meeting.

Background: Last year na pelli ki extra one week unpaid vacation tisukunna appudu kuda racha ayyindhi my HR called senior director. e year 2 days unpaid days tisukuntunna so may be HR might have proposed something about me taking more days.
