it depends on a lot of factors. whats the loan amount you are requesting?  down payment entha chestunnavu?  730 is a good score

Dcu may not have the best rate. I applied and looks like the closing costs are more compared to other banks. Since you already applied get a bank verified approval letter as this is required when you submit an offer on a house.

Bank of America has good rates too. Nice thing about big banks is usually they won't sell your mortgage to third party mortgage buyers. So try them too.

Applied with DCU just to get the pre-approval letter, will go with big banks at the time of closing.

I took DCU couple of months back...

closing costs are less compared to other banks..

800 score unde.... pre approval 250 k ki apply chesina...     2 days tarvatha call chesthe.. email chesaru pre approval letter...

195K house...6000 ayyindi closing costs... 2.85 interest... I thought its fair... bofa vadu extra charges dobbutadu ani friends cheppinaru....
