my credit score back then was about 760.. 250 k approval adiga.. 30k savings, 401k and trading account lo money chupincha..

Bhayya, i am in the same position as you. was searching for banks with lower interest rates. DCU was one among them. naaku telisina konni vishayaalu

1. Pre-approval evaraina istaaru, no compulsion to close from the same guy. this pre approval will be valid for the next 60 days. So, house inko next 2 months lo teeskuntaav antene credit run chay else stay away. you can go check houses without pre approval too ask your realtor

2. Closing cost aneedi important ( i thought the closing cost was high for DCU. Please check again. othe banks have lower closing cost but higher interest rate. so find the optimal

3. APR and interest rate are different. APR anedi out of your pocket like on (road cost for bike) type but interest is with out closing cost etc. please research and be cautious with interest rates and APR (Interest rates are always low and bankers play a game with you with these numbers.

4. Mi realtor ni adugu if he can find you a banker. for example , a $300,000 worth home, closing cost varies between $8,000-$10,000. 10% down cheste be ready with 40,000 cash to close the deal

5. bottom line entante, 30 years ki neeku mottom enta avtundi aneedi important ( closing cost, interest, application fee, escrow, title etc.) andaridi deggira e amount chuskooni best total cost from your pocket ni select chesko irrespective of interest rates, closing cost and everything taken care off.
