bank lo vesi FD cheste 30% tax(india +US) cut avutundi on interest for NRO account.So around 50 lakhs fixed deposit cheste after taxes very year 3lakhs interest vastundi.is it good compared to buying some land or apartment?

bank lo you will get only intrest, But if you buy New apt you will get rent and along with it your property will get appreciation, but too long unchukunta malli decrease avatam start avutundhi apts prices. So you have to sell it after few years.
