We always buy land in my district (Krishna) only, since we have friends , relatives etc who can inform us if some thing happens. We never buy land in other areas even if we get it for cheap price. and in worst case even some one grabs it we can fight hard if it in our own grew up city.

 Isn't it better to Just keep it here and buy a house or two. housing is still recovering in US and APR's are at all time low.
