peaceful religion islam

problem with islam or for any religion is the interpretation of the text. Every so called god men or mullahs tries to interpret it based on their prejudices. Every average muslim likes the idea of having a caliphite. Even a moderate muslim will not speak out against the DAESH because of the hope of having a muslim world. They transcend nationalism.

Cheyaru...we both are referring to islam., not moslems.. they both are different. Islam is by definition  violent will not let other faiths survive.

Yes, had conversations... mostly some reject to discuss or blame West - propaganda anesi...

Anyways one q. if you know ... when it is clearly written to impose extra tax on non-moslems fo practicing their faiths and looking at past history of Bharat, I don't see either as a theory or practice isslam is peaceful. Still I don't mind as long as they don't come after us for practicing my faith
