3 month old baby rashes

It could be baby acne or baby eczema... I am not sure how above creams work..but you can use moms milk and clean the effected area...it has all antibodies... but its very common .... dont worry

rash associated with other symptoms like...itching/scratching lantivi unte....allergic/hypersensitive reactions or eczema,dermatitis lantivi kavochu...

if associated with fever/malaise/ vomiting lantivi aithe......could be a viral illness.....bit serious...as u said that u noticed it from four days...may need a blood test to check the 

blood count.

next thing to keep in mind is chicken pox...but based on your description of rash....less likely to be a chicken pox.

Maa papa ki johnson and johnson baby oil vadite rashes vachai... ventane stop chesa adi.... alage meeru kuda oka 2 days soaps or body wash ir lotions manesi just water tho bath chepinchandi...

Did you apply any baby oil or shampoo..? We had similar issue, baby ki johnson and johnson baby oil pettagane motham rash vachindi, so ventane aapesi nuvvula oil pettamu antha set indi... mi situation ento teliyadu, but initial ga doctor daggarki vellandi.
