Ma company vadu prevailing wage report submit chesadu for GC, this is taking around 4 months now.

My role is sr analyst and they are filing my GC in eb-2. But software developer category lo minimum prevailing wage is 20K more than my present salary.

Does anyone know this will be an issue in getting prevailing wage report certified? If yes, what are other options?

Please note that the employer does not have to pay the prevailing wage at the PERM stage, they simply have to attest and prove that they have the ability to pay the prevailing wage from the date of the PERM filing through the approval of the foreign national worker’s permanent residence (I-485) approval. (USCIS may even check the petitioner’s ability to pay during the I-485 adjustment status process even after the I-140 has been approved).
