secondly he can involve cops and fb i, you can legally log a complaint in fb i site if you know what i mean, it is ic 3 site, if they get him the victim will get some justice, if i am in the ts situation i would go to extremes to get my money back,,,like i said he can always claim taxes on this, estbalishing himself as a victim,,,..
