layout plan lo stamp & signature untaai suveyor dhi if you still have doubt plan theesukoni municipality office ki velli adigithe vallu chepthaaru approval undho ledho. thelisina vallu register office lo vallani adigithe they will give you info if it is previously registered to someone else. If you are buying in a state where registrations are updated online then multiple registrations check cheyyadam easy avthundhi if not koddiga research cheyyali, pakkana evaranna konna vallu unte vallani adigithe u might get some info. 

Future lo govt emanna construct cheyyali anukuntundha? like roads etc proposals emanna unnaya ledha check chesuko

Ground water levels thelusu kovadam important. bore entha lothulo paduthundhi??  If the water is contaminated? Industries emanna daggarlo unnaya? width of the road in the layout? 

Vasthu? which side your entrance comes? (east west north south)?

Cross verify chesuko and then proceed.

Encumberance certificate (EC) ankunta. you can also get this certificate from the Sub registrar office directly.
