school ratings vs home prices

Hi Friends,Nenu georgia lo homes chustunna.School ratings 10/10/10(elementary,middle,high) unna area lo new homes price 400k above undi.Rating 9/9/9 unna area lo new homes 330k undi.So do you think school rating is very important when buying homes or  should I go for lower price lower school rating homes.Please share your thoughts.

School rating and house prices are somewhat correlated.

it depends upon when do you want to have kids. usually manchi rating unna schools areas resale baga avtai. by not buying a house in better school districts would cut your target population to people with no kids for future sale. if you want to sell you house in the next few years say 3-4 years and you dont have kids right now, then go for the area which has 6-8 rating schools  you might end up paying less for the house.keep in mind, school rating change every 3-5 yrs or so ( not sure about this). new schools by default start with 10 rating and with time based on how they maintain rating goes down.

Similarly, if you buy two storied homes your target population for resale with cut short to age less than 60 years. so have a target population in mind before you make your purchase. if you dont want to sell the house anytime in the future go for the one with good schools 7+ rating. 10 anta emi avasaram ledu kooda

buy in 9/9/9 rating.. ee 3yrs lo avey 10/10/10 avochu or 8/8/8 kuda avochu.. but looks like they are poised towards more in 10-10-10 direction

avunu bro.Last year 9/9/9 unna homes 260k unde.mana valu 1 year lo danini 330 k ki tesukuvacharu.In any new community more than 50% desis
