post work out ISO 100 scoop

dinner grilled tilapia/salmon with sautéed cabbage 

ante appudappudu I would eat a scoop of cashew butter cravings vunnappudu or else eat cashew nuts or pistachios 

cooking ki coconut oil or ghee

appidappudu carbs konchem exceed avtadii like 5-10 gms but I would say that wouldn't kick me out of ketosis
