Be very careful while doing dead lifts.... If you don't follow proper form, Your back specifically lower spine will hurt.... one of my friend had an accident while doing dead lift... now he has very limited choices in exercise without stressing his back..... %$#$

Proper warm up & form are very very important... especially after 30... %$#$

weight slow ga increase cheyali bro, nek comfortable ga unde weight try chey like 45 plates first and do 20 reps. Deadlift chala careful ga cheyali lekunte back assam aytadi, i pulled mine before, oka 2 weeks parigettalev. So my advice is start with 45 plates and slowly build from there. 270lbs na comfort zone aite once 325 try chesa , that was a mistake. Adi kuda after 6 months training, so i highly recommend to start with low weights but your aim should be atleast double your weight. Adi longterm goal ga pettuko.
