two options suggestions needed..Real Estate investment

option 1: 200 sq yds.. military retired personnel. plot near military area only. main road..on two sides.front and back,. price total 60-65L INR

option 2: 130 sqyd plot for 25L not on main road

option 3: old house, monthly rental around 3-5K, 130-150sq yd.

my source - 40L liquid cash., can generete another 20L as loan if needed

 

whcih one to go with.

 

option 2+3   or single option 1  or only 2 or 3

vikrampuri lo we have a house that we bought a long time ago , roadside unna buildings venakaala street lo untadi ... ipppudu motham roadside unna buildings anni lechibothunnay , our house will be facing the mainroad lol .. thats how i knw abt this, anyways findout abt it from local ppl , the'll tell u exactly...

yeah ah area lo expensive untadi land price , kharkhana , vikrampuri area lo almost Jhills tho equal ga untadi per sqyd ... 30k/sqyd nuvvu cheppina area lo good price ...
