and forget abt 3rd option , 40L FD esina daanikante chaala ekkuva osthadi income , ofc land appreciate ayye scope kuda consider cheskovaali but 3-5k rents unna area ante i dont think it'll appreciate by a great extent

old house tesko... price reasonable gaunte.. future lo nuvvu india lo unapudu next enti anedi planning cheyochu.. safe and secure.. evadu akraminchadu.. kaka pote.. nee investment anta land ni chuse petali. not on house..keep that in mind house will be demolished soon..

 

plot  main road pakkadi aaite ne better.. make sure you build compound wall once the purchase is final..

india lo min 7% interest coming... ante every 1 Lakh ki ~ Rs. 580 per month , antey 40L ki ~ Rs 23k  per month.
