yea avi chuskuni konukkovaali , but very good scope for growth ... last year idey time lo DB lo evaro adigithe cheppa , appatlo one of my close friends was building an apartment there , 2700/sqft ki ippistha annadu , ippudu minimum 3300-3500 undi ah area lo , i'm not sure if that person bought it or not ...  almost 20% return on an apartment in an year is pretty good
