Oka friend had the same situation almost 4 years ago...appatlo ITU ki accreditation ledhu...

so uscis vadu ilaage pampinchadu h1b transfer application ki rfe...

but old employer help chesi documents icchadu to prove they filed in regular quota and not masters...

nee case lo okate solution...go all out to get help from your employer...avsaram aythe leave petti employer daggaraki po...if he really filed in regular quota, he's your only saviour in this situation. good luck bro.

College lo admission tesukunte status lo vunnata ??? Life screwed up doing in those kind of university and working under those employer who have no heart to help

So atla work out autundo ledo teledu. but hey @EggBonda okasari local USCIS office ki poyi case clear ga telusuko.. take appointment.. local offices konchem manchiga matladutharu.. try that so that you know better about your case
