3) passport copies first five and last two pages- ante Mari anni pages full ayunte then? visa le 4 unay  then 5 em sarpotay

google search for "notarization near me" and go there with copies and originals. they charge $5 to $8 per signature.

1) Notarization is done for free in the Bank(where u have checking/savings acct) or else in UPS store for $2 or 4. UPS is better; bank vallu chaala questions aduguthaaru

2) Notarize address proof not required ani website lo vundi; but naadi alaa accept cheyatam ledu. Address proof kuda notarize cheyinchina tarvathe CGS vaadu accept chesadu

3) Passport pages meeda numbers vuntai. So take a copy of 1-5 and last 2 two pages. In addition take a copy of all the visa stamps you have in the passport.

go to UPS and ask for notary ..akada notary vcadu 2$ tesukoni vadi stamp and sign chesthadu Xerox copies payan..telling he verfies it

May 2016 lo expire aina I20 pedite...nuvvu out of status...ani prove aitadi.
