any body got from him , please give your reviews

Thanks in Advance

He training is ok (I didn't take, but am telling based on youtube videos).

For Admin, you can learn by self study using YT videos, SFDC trail head, and then go ahead for training.

BTW, what are you aiming adm or dev?

Yup, that is a good start. First try admin and developer beginner modules/trails. Create free SFDC developer account and play with it. watch latest (at least 2015 onward) YT videos of Salesforce.

Then plan to take any online training.

salesforce admin ke coding emana ravala

No, not at all for admin. For admin, you just need to learn the concepts of CRM and administration concepts of SFDC.

If you have skills like Java script, oops concept, html, SQL it will be lot easier to learn sfdc development.

Apex (code language of Sfdc)- based on oops and Java script

Soql and sosl (query language of Sfdc) similar to SQL
