For Admin, you can learn by self study using YT videos, SFDC trail head, and then go ahead for training. BTW, what are you aiming adm or dev? Actually, i am working on .net, current client has plan move .net apps to sf, that's why i start to learn sf, if i learned i can retire in that dept. Naku asalu ekkada nundi start cheyyalooo ardham kavatlaaa. Trailhead loo account create chesaaa, started admin beginner tutorial. For admin, you just need to learn the concepts of CRM and administration concepts of SFDC. If you have skills like Java script, oops concept, html, SQL it will be lot easier to learn sfdc development.
