Check your manager calendar and just schedule a one-on-one meeting with the Manager.

Honestly explain your work satisfaction in the current project.

Why don't you reply in the same mail... I have been asking for work for so long and all you request me is to work on Smoke tests ani....

yes nenu direct email aa kodatha bro manager gaadini cc lo petti idi ayipoyindi inkemanna undani. but ila enduku chesthondo naakardham kavatla. monna naa manager gaadini adiga nenu ela perform chesthunna ani "your performance is adequate" annadu. so naa performance lo em problem ledu. mari pich LK intlo pella 10guthundemo LK naa meeda paga theerchukuntunnadu.

then ask for more work in email with you manager in cc, or reply to some previous email..
