Seller's assam avvalsina avasaram ledhu..........seller can still declare that money to IT dept. and then pay appropriate tax. IT will investigate how come buyer has that much pile of cash.....they will hunt buyer.

seller cant declare the money as he has taken it as black. on the papers buyer will not mention about the money he gives in cash. So its sellers responsibility to show source for it and he cant show land sale as source.
