I think thats sellers responsibility to pay tax.. not customer. 

as per my understanding sales tax is inclusive in retail price in india

i will give you an example:

nuvvu oka machilipatnam lo furnitureshop ki vellav to buy a dining table, dani mida MRP undadhu. so mundhu 5000 rupees ki amme product ippudu 5500 ki ammuthadu . reason seller has to pay tax. 

seller profit margin will be same, he wasn't paying tax on his profit but he will pay now (1000 rupees profit seller ki ippudu 700 rupees untundhi).

ade vunclee... normal ga aithe its seller responsibility to pay tax.. furniture shop lo aina nuvvu receipt theesukunte vaallu dani paina tax kattukuntaru.. donga receipt la concept I don't know.
