getting L1 is not that much easy..price is bit higher than H1 and no gurantee for the stamping at emabassy, interview will be atleast 20mins..once they are here they cant switch the company and they work for that company only..salary will be around 50K..rejection rate is high for L1..

Bid advantage is dependents can work..I never understand this concept, why L1 dependents can work and why cant H1 dependents..
