Trump is going to stop outsourcing to other coutries. If a US company is outsourcing then they had to pay 35% taxes, if they are outsourcing within the country then only 15% taxes should be paid, in a  way it will stop outsourcing to great extent and the local people (no matter people who on H1 in US, GC/Citizen) will be benefited by creating local jobs.
