India lo Polictians/Flim personalities/Upper middle class and what not- whoever is having whole bunch of black money can  do a wire transfer/Western union money transfer to NRI's and then NRI can make it white with atleast 60% commisssion.

For example :

Person A had 30 lakhs black money in India.

Person A can do a wire transfer/Western union money transfer or Person B (NRI)  and then NRI can take share like  10lakhs and send the remaining 20 lakhs to Person A.

What is your take on this guys.

  • As a government requirement, maximum payout amount is not more than $2,500 US dollars (or IN Rupee equivalent) per transaction. Sender threshold amount has therefore been set at an amount just below the equivalent Indian Rupees to ensure exchange fluctuations do not result in the transaction being declined to the receiver.
  • Maximum cash payout for all Indian nationals is 50,000 IN Rupee; Payouts over 50,000 IN Rupee will be paid by local crossed check only. Under exceptional circumstances, foreign tourists could avail amount over 50,000 IN Rupees in cash.
  • As a government requirement, a payee can only receive a maximum of 30 transactions per calendar year.
  • Receiver must present valid identification document and address proof.
  • Receiver must present correct money transfer Control Number (MTCN).
