In a way Curb fake bookings and control illegal unaccounted money to get exchanged the RB has come up with circulars ordering to check the fake bookings and also the tickets booked in between 9th Oct 2016 - 11th Oct 2016 at PRS counters there will be no cash refunds for more than 10000/- rupees value..
