ipatlo blaack moneyy tho konadam kashtam kabatti easy ga dhigi ostharu...especially recent ga ventures start chesina vaallu coz vaallu antha intrest ki paisal thechi invest chestharu and they have to pay intrest every month...so obvious ga thakkuva ki ammuthadu

 

only thing is future lo inkaa real estate padipothe ipud manam konna rate kuda assam avakapothe chalu

also, near future lo antha amount cash draw cheskovadam kashtam kabatti motham check/dd/transfer tho konali kabatti original rate ki taxes kattali you end up paying lot of money(which is ofcourse rightway and good, but future lo idhi entha varaku follow avtharo not sure)

55 L property of which at max 50% is market value anukunna kooda

u considering 48 L offer isnt a big/great deal mama

try asking for much less as you have the advantage of possessing white money
