Tabriz Mountain 2

Tabriz Mountain 2

A portion of the Tabriz mountains also goes into Azerbaijan. For this, I can't 100% know if the two pictures are on the Iranian side. Judging by the descriptions, it seems they are.

Dizin Ski Resort

Dizin Ski Resort

Considering Iran has insane mountains, it makes sense to have skiing! The ski resort is very popular and goes as high as 11,800 feet. If that doesn't make your jaw drop, the tallest ski summit in Colorado (Mount Copper) goes 12,000 feet up. Switzerland's tallest (Zermatt) is about 12,800 ft.

Kish Island Tunnels

Kish Island Tunnels

Kish is an island in Iran that is..not as Iranian as they are on the mainland. One of the attractions is the Kish Island tunnels. These tunnels were built 1000 years ago and are open to the public to explore and be mesmerized. If you're starting to get excited, yes, it leads to an underground city.

Kish Island

Kish Island

Kish Island has its own set of rules about internationals coming in that seem far more lenient than in Iran itself. Truthfully, I don't understand them in full, but people here don't typically seem Middle Eastern. Anyway, it's considered one of the most luxurious islands in the world with a plethora of things to do such as nightlife, scuba, sailing, etc.

ChahKooh Valley

ChahKooh Valley

Located on Qeshm Island in Iran, this valley has been worn down with the help of salt and lyme, hence why it does not have an even surface. There is still water that runs through it, which is where it got the name from, which represents a source of water, like a well.

Milad Tower

Milad Tower

One of the tallest towers in the world and a newer construction in Tehran, the capitol. It is a multipurpose building and the epicness of it I'm told cannot be captured by image. Unfortunately, it was difficult for me to find any quality images.
