here is the situation of my friend....

F1 ipoindhi. ..... opt ipoindhi........ last year H1 apply chesadu pick kaledhu so malli CPT college join iyadu.... ee year h1 apply chesadu malli h1 reject indhi... ippudu india ki povali and dec 26th varaku f1 stamping undhi so india velli vadam anukuntunnadu.... can he go and come back by dec10th.... cpt college i20 next year varaku undhi... please suggest

i think its ok to go , coz next year varaku undi ga i20

If he is ready to take chance he can go. Technically they should allow him based on CPT. But if they decide to stop, they will ask all sorts of questions and corner him and may not allow in..

its ok.. no issues man.. I had VISA till Sep 30th - nenu Sep7th return vochina.. nothing asked..

yes no issues..POE deggara confident ga prep ayyi vellamanu...second masters y? CPT how did u find employer? hows CPT related to your coursework? prepare for the worst ..now a days nothing is simple..especially his case Risky
