My friend is in dilema to protect his hard earned money !! Due 2 *** employer.. Long story   ! 

maa friend ,employer gaadu ee jan nunchi pay istaledu, okko paychek 60/90 days ki istunnadu, so ala isthu isthu - july varaku clear chesukunnadu last week lo(nov) ante july pay nov lo icchadu ,

part1 

1) june nunchi maa vadiki payroll run cheyakudhu due to some status issues, but work chesadu to volunter /& not to loose the project , so discussion lo valla emplyr   some adjustments chesi sal isthaa annadu, and asked him to Submit ts.

Ps: maa vadu ala work cheyadam tappu ani nenu anukonu,bcoz  to keep up the projct@ client he rubed assoff @ wrk & due to critical deadline. 

part 2:

motthaniki india poi stamping vesukoni vochhhadu,last week, employer daggara poi kurchunte - july varaku clearsance done. 

Migitha dhi ela wrk out chestaru ani adigithe , vendor nunci clear ayyake isstha ani telling , & emplyer chesinaa lafoot untimely manner of invocies, vendor pushed d net days 2 90days , so vadiki ala aug dhi , next yr ki  vastadhi, 

advance ivvamani adigithe, company cnt afford , if u wanna leavi ani anttunnadu anta, 

meanwhile, he wanna move out f d employer, he intiated the process and Every 1 is supportive and ready 2 provide the docs.

Howver,

1) all emplyrs has non compete agreement for 1 yr , ,

manodini Sue chese chances ela unnayi? 

2) Account freeze chestaru ani bayapadtunnadu, vaadi intlo family members issue valla, vaadu amount konchem nri/ accounts lo pettukunnadu& local savongs pettukunnadu!!!

entha varaku , idhi possible bhayya ,s freeze cheyadam ? 

3) paapam veedi sudi, kakapothe , intlo vallani kooda nammaleni situatuion to redirect the amount he saved ( misuse chestaru anta dad & bro ) sister marriage/vaadi marriage  ki  pogeskunnadu ani ala pettkunndadu ,

all of a sudden redirecting ante he wassnt sure how to handle d sotuation!' 

Hmmch vaadni chsuthe baadhaga undhi , crrct time lo family membrs support lekapothe kastam bhaa, (money minded intlo valku) assal blood suckers , enni sarlu papam phone lo explain chesadu intlo vallaki but same old.

3) how he can protct his savings , from freezimg d accounts by employer / suing etc ? 

Kindly shed some tips to share wit him.

+1.. try to to resolve issues with the employer first, else 3-4months pay will be lost..change the project asap, find a good vendor who pays bi-weekly and get all the pay for 90days slowly..once he get all the money then transfer...till then don't risk

aina naa kasta padda sommu challu bhayya naaaku , vere valladhi icchina, daniki 200% pothadi ,,,
