having said that it is advisable to get a loan from big banks like bofa and wellsforgo etc. because they keep your home tittle with you unlike other small banks who tend to sell your tittle to someone for a little commission. please do your research. i would advise go check with small bank get a locked in rate and then use that rate to negotiate with bigger banks. be careful with closing costs and point system. do your research

if it is a new construction home .. illu complete ayye 1 month or 45days mundhu nunchi start cheyi shopping for loan... endukante most of the lenders can only lock the rates for 30days without charging you money.
