I have learned from the following books: 

1) Learn Python the Hard way

2) Automate the Boring Stuff

Also checkout some Udemy courses on Python, codeacademy pro has good content as well along with projects and quizzes. 

This apart, Coursera and Udacity both offer courses on Python programming.
